My Pint of View!

Ah! Finally I have a story to share, not really a story, could be perceived as news and then give your views. We are not heard is often left unsaid. What I mean is specifically the power of voice. Not that my pitch sounds good or I have to get my adam’s apple to work for me. The gall is my mouth, I have to speak. Wait…don’t push words in my mouth. I have a point to make, sometimes actions speak louder than words. Cheers! With all that 1 pint down my throat, I walk into the boardroom meet to make a point. Hey listen people, I’m here to make a presentation. I haven’t done it, I know, but those sloppy glassed eyes staring at me in tight formals seem so interested in me. I’m the center of attraction, no, no, the center of affliction.

I just start with slides not knowing the game of chess, I don’t think when I make a move. No one’s going to say a word or cut me. I blabber till I’m done and now to you experienced looking nerves who wrack their brains and waiting to pounce on me. Now all this game of strat-edgy starts when I enter and they know not what I’m doing. We call for beer, even though they demand for coffee. Now alcohol down your throat gets all your senses out and you speak out your mind. This is aggression or assertiveness, my boss is worried how to take control. I’m playing cool cat, my peers play devil’s advocate. I know even thought I have got it correct, I have flaws unseen. They just spoke to me in my dreams the night before. You aren’t going to get away with this so fast.

Take a deep breath…Sigh! I wish it was a sense of relief. I wonder where you are. Stars didn’t twinkle, they crashed down to earth. Fair efforts, you still have lots more to do. Work! I haven’t seen you around. Better, haven’t heard you. You need to be heard beyond the four walls, now shout, scream. Make your point, don’t cry for help. I just made a point, didn’t I? You need transformation, you’re a kid in my house. You are adopted and you’re being paid. Gosh! I knew that, but not that you’re being unkind foster parents. I’m getting my daily bread. I requested for cheese, I must now demand for mozzarella.

I learn the tricks of the trade, dirty tricks. They are going to get me somewhere. I can’t beg or plead. I deserve, I snatch, my right, my privilege. You can’t take it away from me. The canned taste of leftover beers left my high and dry. I’m inviting you, you’re not of them Chief, you ain’t there yet. Fight my boy, you have long way. Comrades1 it’s do or die! Surrender is bullshit. I’m piously involved in service. Have to be lazily driving a Merc at 125. It’s not about speed, but style. Hey I have forgotten why the hell I’m here. No escape. I’m a pirate on this ship. Killing is not my blood, stealing I’m currently pursuing. Skills that kill. Hot-looking babes they admire, I don’t work here, I parade. I’m paid for it so what? I do everything to be you, and I’m not me anymore. I have a voice, a hidden voice. My eyes can speak and express much more. Making noise seems like I’m asking for votes.
