Moronic Versus

How ironic to be moronic! When morons rule us at our workplace, it’s tough to stick on. I call it pulling along, struggles and debates on proving one’s worth. To have courage and take a stand, take no blame for doing what is right. The true reason of unemployment is that well qualified, experienced and confident individuals are facing the challenge everyday. The financial security, responsibility and a status of reputed brand, pay package and profile is the concern. A large number of them churning out of B-Schools and attending interviews, stiff competition ahead and guaranteed placements through college isn’t enough.
Stress control, deadlines, pressures and dominance make it hard for one to survive. All I need is to learn to deal. The rudeness, the demands and all that expectation of what I’m not is so irritating, that bogged down even before attempts stagnates thinking and growth. A negative sign of why people at executive levels are hard-working than the top bosses. Senior level management may be very well updated, experienced and knowledgeable than us, but what they lack is a serious sense of recognizing to place the right talent at the right place.
It is the trivial matters that worsen our situation. It’s not that we don’t want to handle issues on our own, but we are thrown into the swimming pool without being trained to swim. If we drown, we are blamed; if we swim against the tide, that wasn’t enough, we should have done what they wanted us to do. Dictated terms, instructed that we work like machines, robots, applying our hands and legs, not our brains. For a year, they practically weren’t functioning. If asked, what was it that I Iearnt, I would rather say dealing with crisis situations. Nervous about the nervous system working, incredibly it took me long to adjust to the ambience at workplace.
Losing a few kilos, health took on a toll. Things slipped out of a good memory and life becomes dull and dreary. A world of singlehood with no life-personal, family, social, spiritual where work takes 90% of it. Sense, sensibility and simplicity- an ideal world where everything remains as per our wishes. Logic, explanations not to be asked. No questioning what the experienced say or do. My point of view would be ever considered. Should I take a step ahead or leave ideas dying inside me. Trainees and interns would be treated like getting coffee and photocopies-verse situation ever. We need no bosses, but mentors, comrades! The hierarchy of the being just a junior or fresher tells that you know little about the profession and you have a long way to go.
I did a lot more in college-research, presentations and a lot of interactive sessions for achieving my goal. At workplace, it’s so mechanic. I really aspired for reaching a certain level and improvising my skills. Our professional system need filteration, especially harbouring positive growth and enhancing the organization and its well-being. Most importantly, the employees if sensible HRs are listening. Moving in and out of jobs has become frequent and a trend now. Loyalty at work and relationships don’t work. Some say they get bored, others want to have a varied experience eon their CV. Shortlisting for certain colleges and jobs ask for relevant education and experience, where the real talent gets filtered. They are out for certain reasons. Money, contacts and influence are the seeds to climbing creepers.
Rightly said, we are the victims and but not right to judge. Hurdles of moronic verses continue, like a wind that comes and goes, not the ground beneath my feet that will stick forever. Time to overcome them, moronic versus the rest; I’m totally against the attitude not the people! Bossing over can be less traumatic if it’s leading and mentoring the juniors. Remembered thoughtfully with impressing and touching lives, can be iconic. Iconic verses…can be motivating and inspiring!
